Roger’s mission is to build world-class customer and service experiences, and to support customers in the midst of digital transformation. In today’s world, we believe that better and more productive business is built through unique contact with the customers. Contact that makes the end customer smile spontaneously, when running errands is truly effortless for him and he’s considered as an individual.
Roger Studio’s story started over 20 years ago, when two sister companies, ICMI and IPSS, worked alongside one another. ICMI was specialized in the strategic questions concerning customer management, whereas IPSS was was specialized in customer management solutions. The two companies operated side by side until 2005, when they merged into one company and changed their name to Steeri. A few years ago, we put effort into our design expertise and established a team of service designers to support business and technology. Design thinking became the cornerstone of the renewed company. To reinforce the new customer-centric identity, a new name was chosen based on our customers’ decision – Roger Customer Experience Studio. Roger is a customer experience development studio, where three principles work together: business, design and technology. Roger refers to our agile and courageous way of work, with the customer and end user always in mind. The Roger way, Roger that.
